DESIRE – Development of E-Health Solutions Improving Resilience in Europe

The EU project DESIRE (Development of E-Health Solutions Improving Resilience in Europe) coordinated by ICS aims at facilitating SMEs’ access to European Digital Health markets by offering various support services in the areas of internationalization, innovation and qualification.

With the DESIRE project platform, a cooperation level is created through which relevant national & international stakeholders from the healthcare industry have the opportunity to network, obtain information and participate in B2B events, trainings and qualification events.

In addition, more than EUR 1 million direct funding will be distributed to 35 SMEs selected via a tender process as part of a coaching program to initiate product and service innovations and optimize business processes in line with the green and digital transformation.

Besides Austria (Human.technology Styria and ICS), the five DESIRE project partners come from Romania, France and Poland. SMEs from all over Europe can take advantage of the project services!

From 1^st September 2022, 30 Euroclusters have been launched to implement the EU Industrial Strategy. The latter are composed of 171 partners, covering 23 different countries (22 EU Member States) and all 14 industrial ecosystems. Euroclusters are cross-sectoral, interdisciplinary initiatives of industry clusters and other economic actors.
