Making a breakthrough in Hollywood from Graz – the young Styrian startup Klangkulisse has achieved this. Klangkulisse is a sound studio for creative audio content with a focus on the specialized field of audio post-production. As early as 2018, ICS funding expert Marion Kikinger provided initial advisory support, assisting CEO Horst Schnattler with direct funding programs from the internationalization initiative go-international.
Over the past five years, the startup has developed into a professional audio service provider in the US market, producing sound and music for films and exhibitions. In mid-March, this great achievement was recognized with the US-A-BIZ Award from AUSSENWIRTSCHAFT AUSTRIA in the Startup category. The team, which has grown to five people, sees great potential for the future. Further steps in internationalization and an expansion of its positioning in the US market are being planned.
