Review | Deep Dive: Making Generative AI Easy to Use

On June 10, our intensive workshop “Deep Dive: Making Generative AI Easy to Use” took place, specifically designed for export companies. Participants gained valuable insights into the world of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) and learned how they can use technologies such as ChatGPT and other tools to improve their productivity and efficiency in their day-to-day professional work.

Our expert Lothar Lackner guided participants through various application scenarios, including creating custom instructions, effective prompting, and using custom GPTs. Engaging exercises demonstrated how AI can significantly simplify and accelerate work processes in day-to-day export operations.

“Until now, I have been limited to my own capacity. If I had 100 interns, what tasks could I assign them?”

This introductory question from the speaker highlighted the enormous potential of GenAI. There was lively discussion about new areas of responsibility, sustainable ways to use AI, as well as law & ethics and the future of generative AI.

The workshop “Deep Dive: Making Generative AI Easy to Use” was a complete success. Participants left the event with expanded knowledge and practical skills that will help them increase their productivity and efficiency in their day-to-day export work.
