The goal of recruiting qualified care professionals for Austria has become a reality through the innovative partnership between the Austrian Talents & Care GmbH and the Indian recruitment company Leo & Sagittarius Consulting (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.
As part of the India Focus Program, ICS brought Styrian representatives together with Indian recruiters. During a meeting with selected Indian recruitment agencies in Graz, the foundation for this exceptional cooperation was laid.
Talents & Care GmbH, together with Josef Missethon, was impressed by the professionalism and state-of-the-art training methods they experienced during a visit to the training center in Mumbai. “The quality of training here is exceptional,” was the feedback from the Styrian side. This feedback underscores the excellence of the Indian partner and its readiness to support the Austrian market with highly qualified professionals.
Another milestone has now been reached: the contract between Talents & Care GmbH and Leo & Sagittarius Consulting has been signed, and the first professionals from India are already on their way to Austria.
This groundbreaking agreement not only addresses the urgent need for care staff in Austria, but also builds a bridge between two dynamic economic regions.
