How generative AI can support everyday export operations, and what tips & tricks are available for ChatGPT, was the focus of our expert Lothar Lackner last Monday at the ICS event “ChatGPT & Co – Use Case Export”. Around 70 participants from a wide range of industries gained comprehensive insights into the world of artificial intelligence, particularly in the context of export, and then took part in a lively Q&A session.
The event brought forth the following key insights:
- Development and taxonomy of AI systems: In-depth insights into the history and classification of AI systems, with particular attention to the evolutionary advances in neural network technology.
- Generative AI in business communication: Exploration of the capabilities of generative AI models for creating and personalizing content, with a focus on their application in automating communication processes.
- AI-driven data analysis for business insights: An overview of how AI is used to analyze customer, market, and operational data to gain valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Data protection and data security in AI applications: Emphasis on the importance of data protection policies and security practices when working with AI, including the anonymization and encryption of sensitive data.
- Ethical considerations and transparency in AI decisions: Discussion of the need for ethical guidelines and transparent algorithms to ensure trust and fairness in AI-driven systems.
- Focus on export: A special look at the role of AI in the export business, including the use of AI technologies to optimize export strategies and tap into new international markets.
Given the strong interest and positive feedback, we plan to explore the topic of AI further in future events and offer dedicated “deep dive” sessions to examine individual aspects in more detail.
