The Graz-based company Babyrella goes beyond traditional retail and has established itself as a reliable partner for parents. Their focus is on supporting families with well-founded information that noticeably simplifies everyday life with children. From topics such as the autonomy phase to routines & rituals – Babyrella offers parenting knowledge on demand, positioning itself as a good friend that provides families with exactly what they truly need.

The success began three years ago with a lecture on barefoot shoes in Graz, which unexpectedly generated great interest. This sparked the idea not only to offer individual lectures but to build a broad network of experts. Today, the team already includes seven qualified partners who offer well-founded knowledge about child rearing and family life. This content is now offered as recordings for purchase, which parents can conveniently use on demand – whether piece by piece or in one go, no matter where they are from.

Babyrella aims to move away from being purely a retail channel and instead offer comprehensive all-round support for families. This combination of expertise and personal assistance sets the company apart from conventional retail concepts.

Thanks to the Digital Marketing Voucher from go-international, Babyrella was able to professionally implement these recordings and launch a targeted marketing campaign in Germany. The learnings from this first campaign were directly incorporated into the strategy, and Babyrella is now adapting its communication to highlight the added value of the content even more clearly.
