It’s always nice when the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) has a success story to share about a company. But it’s even nicer when we get to share two consecutive success stories with the same company!

As in the previous year, the Styrian power-women company Lotta Curls once again turned to the Enterprise Europe Network this year to search for suppliers for their Curly Hair online shop. This time, they were looking for microfiber hair turbans to allow hair to be dried more gently and quickly.

Through the Enterprise Europe Network’s online marketplace—known as the world’s largest free online business network, featuring thousands of company inquiries and offers—the Styrian company received countless responses to their request and was able to select a suitable supplier from Hungary out of the large pool of options.

“We started a successful partnership with the Hungarian company in autumn 2023, and we’ll soon be launching our new product from them: a microfiber hair turban. We are extremely satisfied with the communication and quality the company delivers,” says Christina Niederl of Lotta Curls. Her co-managing director Claudia Bauer added happily: “The search process was quick and smooth. The supplier implemented our requested changes very quickly and even provided us with the packaging on short notice. As a startup, agile production partners like this one are of enormous importance.”

“Curls overnight with absolutely no heat” is the marketing concept of Christina Niederl and Claudia Bauer, who founded the company Lotta Curls in Southeast Styria in 2021. Their vision is to increase appreciation and visibility for regional businesses, particularly smaller enterprises.
