In the course of the Enabling!Export funding program, the market entry in Germany was successfully planned and implemented. OCTOGON’s sensor technology (particularly belt scales) was used for the first time in a pulp mill. Today, the company looks back on further sales successes in the German region and is pleased with the positive development of the target market. The company also intends to further push internationalization and drive the development of new markets.

“We were made aware of the numerous funding opportunities by Ms. Ulrich. Since our company fit the criteria well, we planned the market development together. With the consultant provided by the ICS, we were able to create an extensive market and competitor analysis. Based on this, we were then able to successfully launch into the market. We also achieved our first sales successes relatively quickly.”

With the support of the ICS, the young company was assisted in its market entry and project acquisition, gained valuable insights into the German market, utilized the expertise and experience of others, and generated revenue. We are very pleased with the export success of OCTOGON GmbH and will be happy to continue providing advisory support in the future.
