Recent developments in the Middle East are causing increased international uncertainty. Since the end of February, there has been a significant escalation following military strikes by the USA and Israel against targets in Iran, as well as subsequent Iranian attacks on territories of other countries in the region.<\/p>\n

For export-oriented companies, geopolitical tensions can have immediate impacts on supply chains, transport routes, markets, and business partners. To provide companies with rapid and centralized information, the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber has established a Middle East Infopoint.<\/p>\n

The Infopoint provides continuously updated information and consolidates assessments relevant to companies, notes on possible impacts on the economy and trade, as well as further resources.<\/p>\n
